Instructions: Add 1 teaspoon for 12 ounces, or 3⁄4 teaspoon for 8 ounces FIRST, then add a little JUST BOILED water and stir or whisk and make a well mixed slurry, finish adding water, add a sweetener, frothed milk or cream for the ultimate tea latte. Add 1 teaspoons per smoothie for a flavorful and energetic boost.
